Responsibilities
- Design, train, evaluate, and optimize machine-learning models for complex business problems.
- Build scalable, production-grade ML pipelines covering data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
- Deploy ML models at scale using AWS with low latency, high availability, and fault tolerance.
- Work with structured and unstructured datasets and build ETL pipelines for model training and inference.
- Research emerging ML and AI techniques and drive adoption of relevant methodologies.
- Own model lifecycle operations including monitoring, alerting, debugging, and continuous improvement.
- Document technical decisions and communicate results and trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Lead technical design, develop enterprise-grade applications, mentor team members, and use AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, a related quantitative field, or Bachelor of Technology; BE, B.Tech, or MCA listed as education qualifications.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in machine-learning engineering or applied ML, with the posting also stating 5–8 years of required experience.
- Strong Python proficiency and experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, NLP, recommendation systems, and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with MLOps, model versioning, feature stores, and automated retraining pipelines.
- Experience with SQL and large-scale data platforms such as Spark, Hadoop, or Redshift.
- Hands-on AWS experience and strong software engineering fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system design.
- Experience with React.js, Redux, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, Docker, Kubernetes, and full-stack development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting complex technical concepts to senior leadership.
