Responsibilities
- Develop and improve backend capabilities and user-facing features across the stack.
- Design and implement backend services and APIs for critical product capabilities.
- Build reliable, secure, and scalable systems for high-volume Spend, IT, identity, access, approvals, and compliance workflows.
- Develop systems involving permissions, policy enforcement, financial operations, device and app management, procurement, and security controls.
- Translate ambiguous business and customer needs into robust technical solutions with cross-functional partners.
- Support safe, reliable, explainable, auditable, and enterprise-ready AI-powered workflows.
- Contribute through system design, code reviews, design reviews, mentorship, and backend engineering best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of production experience using Python, Django, or related technologies.
- Frontend development familiarity with React or TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with systems operating at significant technical and organizational scale.
- Strong product intuition and attention to design and user experience.
- Experience shipping complex projects.
- Deep understanding of computer science and algorithms fundamentals.
- Strong communication skills with a variety of stakeholders.
