Responsibilities

Serve as the primary quality assurance resource for Orion Mobile.
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and testing strategies for new features and enhancements.
Perform functional, regression, usability, and compatibility testing across supported iOS devices and operating system versions.
Partner with developers and product owners to understand requirements and validate expected behavior.
Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution.
Participate in release planning and release validation activities.
Verify application behavior following Apple iOS updates and platform changes.
Validate integrations between Orion Mobile and backend Orion services.
Help establish testing standards, quality metrics, and release readiness criteria.
Collaborate with the development team to improve product quality and testing efficiency.

Experience in software quality assurance, testing, or quality engineering.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
Experience creating and executing test plans and test cases.
Experience identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work effectively with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working within Agile development environments.
Preferred: experience testing mobile applications on iOS devices and familiarity with native mobile application development concepts.
Preferred: experience testing REST API integrations and backend services and using defect tracking and test management tools.
Preferred: knowledge of mobile device management, enterprise mobile applications, accessibility and usability testing, and release or deployment testing.
