Responsibilities
- Own and evolve cloud infrastructure across multi-region production environments.
- Lead the GitOps deployment model and maintain declarative, automated deployment workflows.
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines focused on developer experience, reliability, security, and speed.
- Design and implement AI agents, agentic workflows, and intelligent automation for engineering operations.
- Develop automation for provisioning, scaling, observability, and incident response.
- Operate observability systems covering metrics, logs, alerting, dashboards, SLOs, SLIs, and on-call tooling.
- Champion zero-trust secrets management and credential-less authentication patterns.
- Partner with architects and engineering leadership on cloud cost, availability, and performance optimization.
- Build internal tooling and automation to improve engineering velocity.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on DevOps experience in a SaaS product environment.
- Demonstrated experience building AI agents, agentic workflows, LLM-powered automation, or MCP integrations for engineering operations.
- Strong Python and Bash scripting and programming skills; Go is a plus.
- Deep hands-on AWS expertise; AWS, GCP, and Azure multi-cloud experience is a strong plus.
- Strong Docker and Kubernetes experience, including workloads, networking, Istio service mesh, Helm or Kustomize, KEDA, HPA, and VPA.
- Experience with Terraform, Crossplane, and/or cloud-native declarative infrastructure tooling.
- Experience with GitOps tooling such as ArgoCD and reusable CI/CD pipeline templates such as GitHub Actions.
- Experience with dynamic secrets injection, IRSA, Workload Identity, and avoiding long-lived credentials.
- Experience with vulnerability scanning, SBOM generation, and supply-chain security using tools such as Trivy, Grype, Syft, and JFrog Xray.
- Solid observability experience with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK or OpenSearch, and distributed tracing.
- Hands-on AI/ML workloads or LLMOps infrastructure experience is a significant advantage.
- Cost-awareness and FinOps experience, clear communication, continuous learning, and strong ownership.
