Responsibilities
- Translate AI/ML prototypes into scalable, production-ready applications in collaboration with business leaders and data scientists.
- Design, develop, deploy, monitor, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms.
- Collect, preprocess, integrate, and validate data from diverse sources for AI model development.
- Integrate AI/ML solutions with existing systems and improve data collection processes.
- Write clean, maintainable, and documented software while following development best practices.
- Identify process improvements using AI/ML and support strategic business-performance initiatives.
- Support organizational change, user training, solution adoption, and post-implementation follow-up.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of software development experience, including experience with AI/ML frameworks.
- Strong Python skills and experience with NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
- Foundational knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and model evaluation.
- Proficiency in data preprocessing and feature engineering.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong analytical, written, verbal communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Preferred experience with natural language processing, generative AI, computer vision, quality management, laboratory testing, supply chain management, or quality assurance.
