Responsibilities

Work in a multi-disciplinary team to deploy cloud solutions for various customers.
Deploy, administer, monitor, and troubleshoot ArcGIS Enterprise solutions in cloud environments.
Implement and validate solution changes to ensure operational efficiency.
Proactively address uptime and performance challenges.
Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to resolve issues.
Provide root cause analysis for system troubleshooting.
Offer rotational 24/7 on-call technical support.

5+ years of experience with enterprise GIS solutions leveraging the ArcGIS platform.
Proficiency with Esri products, including ArcGIS Desktop and ArcGIS Online.
Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and quick thinking.
US citizenship is required.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, GIS, or related STEM field.
