Responsibilities
- Design and enhance CI/CD pipelines for fast and reliable test feedback.
- Analyze hardware, software, and workflow bottlenecks, align execution plans with management, and perform ROI analysis.
- Develop test automation to maintain robust, high-quality infrastructure.
- Optimize hardware, software, and workflow-based bottlenecks to improve feedback times.
- Automate engineering workflows, including regression detection and branching tools, and enable static code analyzers.
- Collaborate with software engineering teams across the company.
- Travel occasionally to the USA or Germany.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Three or more years of experience with performance optimization based on hardware, software, and workflow bottlenecks.
- Experience designing and maintaining a CI/CD system for multiple teams.
- Excellent presentation, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with TeamCity and Kotlin is desired.
- Experience with Docker, AWS, and infrastructure as code is desired.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high energy, and motivation to learn.
- Verbal and written fluency in English.
