Base Salary
$114k - $171k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and maintain software test scenarios for web-based applications and APIs.
- Analyze product requirements to contribute to test strategies and acceptance criteria.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test reports; manage defects through resolution.
- Perform manual UI and API testing to identify product risks and failure modes.
- Build and maintain automated tests using Python, Playwright, and Selenium.
- Collaborate with software development and product teams to improve testability and quality.
- Support test environments and automation infrastructure across projects.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software testing or QA engineering, focusing on web applications and RESTful APIs.
- Experience validating feature-level behavior and cross-component workflows.
- Solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
- Experience with UI and API test automation, preferably in Python.
- Practical knowledge of Linux environments, Git workflows, and CI/CD concepts.
- Understanding of software development practices and defect investigation.
