Base Salary
$165k - $228k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and build workflows, services, and internal tools that accelerate security.
- Improve organizational security maturity through mentoring, risk metrics, leadership influence, and security-enabling collaboration.
- Continuously improve systems using false positives, operational feedback, and evolving threat signals.
- Act as a senior technical authority during high-severity incidents, leading root cause analysis and durable architectural improvements.
Requirements
- Own security initiatives end to end, including post-launch validation, monitoring, and iterative improvement.
- Perform security reviews such as design reviews, threat modeling, and architecture assessments, and drive actionable outcomes.
- Identify, investigate, and remediate complex security issues across one or more domains.
- Develop code and build services addressing unique security needs.
- Use AI-assisted code generation, analysis, or investigation tools while maintaining security and quality standards.
- Preferred: experience with diverse data domains, AI/ML security risks, Kubernetes-hosted applications, security orchestration tools, and regulated-environment security controls.
- Preferred: experience partnering with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams.
