Responsibilities
- Own deployment, provisioning, and operation of datacenter infrastructure.
- Build and maintain infrastructure automation, configuration management, CI/CD pipelines, and operational tooling.
- Perform production deployments, rollbacks, monitoring, and incident response.
- Write clean, testable, idempotent automation and debug issues across software, hardware, and network layers.
- Support device provisioning, network configuration, secrets management, configuration drift detection, and fleet lifecycle automation.
- Document systems and communicate effectively with engineering teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, or software engineering with significant infrastructure ownership.
- Strong hands-on experience with Ansible and Terraform or equivalent provisioning and configuration-management tools.
- Solid experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Good scripting or programming ability in Python, Go, Bash, or similar languages.
- Experience operating production environments, including deployments, rollbacks, monitoring, and incident response.
- Comfort working close to hardware and network layers and debugging across the stack.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Czech.
- Fluency with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
- Preferred experience with datacenter networking, L2/L3, BGP, VXLAN, EVPN, switch provisioning, SONiC, observability, virtualization, containers, zero-touch provisioning, PXE/image pipelines, high-density datacenters, secrets management, configuration drift detection, and GitOps workflows.
