Base Salary
$165k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own reliability and observability across the organization, including SLAs/SLOs and instrumentation.
- Design, deploy, and maintain Kubernetes infrastructure and core AWS services.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions and Argo/Helm.
- Drive adoption of Infrastructure as Code standards across multiple teams.
- Partner with engineering teams to roll out new standards, tools, and processes.
- Participate in on-call rotation and lead incident response and root-cause analysis.
- Use AI tools to enhance productivity and assist teammates in adopting similar practices.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience as a Senior SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineer.
- Experience in smaller-to-mid-size, high-growth SaaS companies.
- Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Real database experience with Postgres and DocumentDB across RDS/Aurora.
- Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and managing timelines.
- Familiarity with AI tools in workflow processes.
