Responsibilities
- Design and structure large language models that process and generate natural language.
- Lead the development and implementation of scalable language model architectures.
- Design neural network configurations and optimize model parameters.
- Process large-scale unlabeled text datasets.
- Develop, fine-tune, evaluate, and troubleshoot language models.
- Provide subject-matter expertise, advisory guidance, and solutions spanning multiple teams.
- Make technical decisions and collaborate with multiple teams on architectural direction.
- Mentor and guide team members to support technical growth and innovation.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 15 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs) is stated in the additional information.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs) is required.
- Strong expertise in neural network design and optimization techniques.
- Experience handling and processing large-scale unlabeled text datasets.
- Ability to develop and fine-tune models for natural language understanding and generation.
- Familiarity with state-of-the-art language-model architectures and training methodologies.
- Skill in performance evaluation and troubleshooting of complex language models.
- Influencing, advisory, and cross-team decision-making skills.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
