Responsibilities
- Design and develop secure, scalable, resilient software solutions and application architectures.
- Drive modernization initiatives involving cloud adoption, microservices, and API-led architectures.
- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to accelerate software delivery and improve quality.
- Define and enforce engineering standards, architecture principles, and best practices.
- Champion DevSecOps through automation, security integration, and continuous improvement.
- Integrate monitoring, logging, observability, and operational resilience capabilities.
- Support incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvement.
- Collaborate with development, security, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver aligned technology solutions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and practices to improve engineering efficiency and software quality.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineering teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering and DevOps.
- At least 3 years of experience in a senior technical role.
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale applications and platforms.
- Professional certification is an added advantage.
- Competence in software engineering, DevSecOps and automation, software architecture and design, security and risk awareness, problem solving, stakeholder collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
