$210k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Discover customer problems and technical challenges at law firms.
- Prototype solutions and extend successful prototypes into paid products.
- Build a new billing-system integration for a new legal-market segment.
- Ship meaningful customer-facing features.
- Develop customer relationships and help determine future product priorities.
- Own features and their results from development through production and beyond.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ownership of features through production and continued operation.
- Empathy for customers and the ability to build end-to-end features from the customer's perspective.
- Resourcefulness and a willingness to investigate and resolve bugs independently.
- Preference for product engineering, feature development, customer prototyping, and scaling solutions over a purely Solutions Architect role.
- Comfort exploring unsolved problems through rigorous experimentation.
