Base Salary
$190k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Scope and lead large projects, address ambiguity, create plans, and ensure technical excellence.
- Help develop the team roadmap while balancing technical and product tradeoffs.
- Teach and mentor engineering team members and model strong software development practices.
- Ship production code and work on high-impact projects from the first day.
- Develop software using the stated backend and frontend technology stack.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- Experience mentoring and leading teams, ideally in a startup environment.
- Experience across multiple functional areas such as frontend, backend, platform, services, data, or cloud infrastructure.
- Strong technical foundation.
- Ability to work cross-functionally to define, build, and deliver product and technology objectives.
- Strong focus on both technical and product success.
- Excellent communication skills.
