Responsibilities
- Lead or support software implementation projects from discovery through deployment.
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Configure software and support data migrations, integrations, and system implementations.
- Write SQL queries to analyze, validate, and troubleshoot data.
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, developers, and product teams.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and go-live support.
- Build client relationships through consulting and communication.
- Lead complex implementations and mentor other analysts as experience grows.
Requirements
- Experience with software implementation consulting, systems analysis, or business analysis.
- Experience with enterprise software, SaaS, ERP, CRM, GIS, or similar business applications.
- Experience with SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, data migration, ETL, or systems integration.
- Knowledge of requirements gathering, solution design, and business process analysis.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
