Responsibilities
- Propose and prototype innovative solutions to solve real-world problems.
- Develop and maintain core ML pipelines.
- Train and deploy deep learning models for real-time applications.
- Develop performance metrics for ML algorithms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sensor, camera, and system teams.
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field + 6 years of working experience, or Masters/PhD + 2 years of working experience.
- Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
- Proficiency in Python and PyTorch or equivalent deep learning frameworks.
- Strong technical foundation in machine learning principles and algorithms with at least 2 years of experience building real-world ML systems for image processing.
- Strong foundation in computer vision fundamentals, including classical techniques and modern deep learning approaches.
- Experience with the full ML development lifecycle (data preparation, model training, validation, deployment).
- Understanding of how to optimize ML models for real-time or resource-constrained environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong technical communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
