Responsibilities
- Engage prospective clients to understand business requirements, challenges, and technical needs.
- Conduct needs analyses and customized product demonstrations.
- Explain the product’s technical capabilities and integrations with diverse IT environments.
- Provide technical expertise and address customer inquiries during the presales process.
- Collaborate with sales, product development, and marketing teams on sales collateral, presentations, product updates, and customer feedback.
- Build relationships with IT decision-makers and monitor industry trends, competitors, and market demands.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of professional presales experience in technical sales or a similar customer-facing SaaS role.
- Experience with complex structured products and strong technical acumen.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior MDM/UEM experience is preferred.
