Responsibilities
- Participate in and guide architecture design, business requirements discussions, planning, research, and development for Global Payment.
- Optimize the Global Payment R&D system and development processes.
- Analyze existing-system shortcomings, locate bottlenecks, and improve system performance and stability.
- Improve teamwork efficiency, development quality, and iteration practices.
- Introduce technologies and solutions based on business needs.
- Promote cross-team key projects through project management, coordination, and communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related major, or equivalent working experience.
- Rich experience in architecture design and the ability to design appropriate architecture solutions based on business development.
- Experience designing and developing massive-data and large-scale distributed systems.
- Deep understanding of computer architecture, data structures, and algorithms, with the ability to apply them in practice.
- Strong programming, debugging, and optimization skills, with proficiency in at least one of Java, Python, Golang, C++, or PHP.
- Strong communication, teamwork, learning ability, motivation, and product ownership.
- Preferred: ownership of business structures across multiple business lines or an entire product line and experience organizing medium-sized or larger projects.
- Preferred: deep understanding of database middleware, messaging middleware, and other infrastructure components for large-scale distributed systems.
- Preferred: system development experience in Internet finance, payment, e-commerce, or related fields.
