Base Salary
$288k - $346k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and scale reliable infrastructure and platform solutions that protect user data.
- Develop foundational capabilities for agentic AI workflows with a focus on safe and responsible data access.
- Partner with engineering teams to integrate scalable data protection capabilities into systems and development workflows.
- Drive technical strategy and architecture for complex challenges spanning data, infrastructure, privacy, and security.
Requirements
- Have 7+ years of software engineering experience.
- Demonstrate expertise in Python or Golang.
- Have a strong understanding of system design, reliability, scalability, and data management principles.
- Show interest in applying engineering expertise to data protection and privacy challenges; prior domain experience is a plus but not required.
- Work collaboratively, make sound technical decisions in ambiguous environments, and create clarity in complex problem spaces.
