Base Salary
$149k - $223k/yr
Responsibilities
- Set the direction and oversee work on complex, highly visible engineering projects with strategic and enterprise impact.
- Define ownership, roadmaps, and adoption strategies for platforms and shared capabilities treated as products.
- Evaluate competing initiatives and balance business value, cost, risk, and delivery considerations.
- Drive engineering standards, documentation, and consistency across teams.
- Provide strategic and consultative technical guidance to executive leadership.
- Enable large developer and business-user communities through enterprise platforms, tooling, and architecture strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or graduate degree, or 15+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong academic background in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Recognized expertise in engineering and one or more specialized technical domains.
- Experience treating platforms or shared capabilities as products is preferred.
- Experience managing reusable platforms or services with ownership, roadmaps, and adoption focus is preferred.
- Experience with prioritization frameworks and decision support is preferred.
- Familiarity with engineering standards, delivery practices, and documentation is preferred.
- Experience with enterprise platforms and tooling supporting developer or business-user communities is preferred.
