Responsibilities
- Aggregate data from various developer tools and platforms.
- Provide analytics on engineering productivity and workflow bottlenecks.
- Measure developer experience using quantitative and qualitative feedback.
- Enable dashboards for tracking engineering performance and operational health.
- Produce automated insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Track the adoption and effectiveness of new development technologies.
- Support self-service workflows and engineering scorecards.
- Establish measurement frameworks aligning engineering output with business outcomes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, particularly in building internal platforms.
- Proven experience in designing large-scale data or analytics platforms.
- Deep familiarity with modern software development lifecycle tooling ecosystems.
- Experience in building metrics frameworks or operational analytics platforms.
- Ability to influence senior technical and business leadership.
- Strong product and systems thinking applied to internal developer tooling.
