Responsibilities
- Lead technical implementations and drive adoption of Chainguard Images for Public Sector customers.
- Partner with AEs, SEs, CSMs, and Support to understand customer needs and develop account-level strategies.
- Test and document Chainguard Images to ensure quality and smooth onboarding.
- Communicate customer requirements to Product and Engineering and help determine image-build priorities.
- Maintain account-level architecture and share implementation best practices across the organization.
- Collaborate with, teach, and learn from cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a post-sales role supporting Public Sector clients.
- 8+ years of experience developing high-performance multi-tier applications.
- Strong experience with Kubernetes, containers, modern software security practices, and software engineering design concepts.
- Experience with compliance frameworks including FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, or CMMC.
- Bachelor’s degree focused on Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to engineers and executives and work effectively with engineering teams and business partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a demonstrated ability to solve complex problems.
- Willingness to travel up to 15% for customer engagements.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
