Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using .NET MAUI for Android and iOS.
- Architect scalable solutions using MVVM, Clean Architecture, and SOLID principles.
- Implement native Android and iOS integrations, including custom renderers and handlers.
- Translate UX/UI wireframes and mockups into responsive and accessible interfaces.
- Integrate backend services and RESTful APIs with robust error handling.
- Write unit, integration, and UI tests using xUnit, NUnit, MSTest, Appium, or similar frameworks.
- Optimize application startup time, memory usage, rendering, and battery consumption.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated mobile application building, testing, and deployment.
- Stay current with .NET MAUI releases, Xamarin migration paths, and the broader .NET ecosystem.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of professional software development experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem.
- Proficiency with Android and iOS platform-specific APIs, including Java/Kotlin and Swift/Objective-C interoperability.
- Experience consuming and integrating RESTful services.
- Knowledge of dependency injection, asynchronous programming, and reactive patterns.
- Familiarity with Git-based workflows, pull requests, and branching strategies such as GitFlow and trunk-based development.
- Strong debugging, profiling, and performance-tuning skills across multiple target platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
