Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technical delivery of Saviynt initiatives.
- Define implementation standards, architecture patterns, and governance controls.
- Lead large-scale application onboarding, integrations, modernization, and operational transformation programs.
- Architect and implement JML workflows, RBAC frameworks, access certification programs, SoD frameworks, and role engineering models.
- Drive platform optimization, automation, and AI-driven operational efficiencies.
- Provide L3/L4 escalation support and manage platform health, performance, and resilience.
- Establish operational KPIs, dashboards, and service metrics.
- Lead problem management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor engineers and senior engineers, conduct technical reviews, and support talent development and succession planning.
Requirements
- English proficiency at B2+ level.
- 7–9 years of IAM/IGA experience.
- At least 5 years of hands-on Saviynt experience.
- Proven experience with enterprise implementations.
- Strong expertise in REST APIs, SQL, identity lifecycle management, role management, certification frameworks, SoD governance, and cloud identity services.
- Preferred: Saviynt Certified Professional certification.
- Preferred: experience in multinational environments and exposure to M&A identity integration programs.
- Preferred: knowledge of Zero Trust and identity security frameworks.
- Strong technical leadership, strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, executive communication, and customer-centric skills.
