Responsibilities
- Support onboarding and migration of applications to standardized CI/CD pipelines.
- Configure and maintain application pipelines and automated build and deployment processes.
- Support containerized application builds using Docker and deployments to Kubernetes environments.
- Monitor incident and service-request queues and troubleshoot issues across the CI/CD process.
- Collaborate with application and development teams on deployments and technical issues.
- Contribute to automation and continuous improvement of deployment tools, processes, and procedures.
Requirements
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience in DevOps, CI/CD, application support, cloud support, infrastructure support, or a related technical area.
- Practical knowledge of CI/CD concepts and initial hands-on experience with application build and deployment pipelines.
- Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and written and spoken English skills.
- Preferred experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, application onboarding or migration, ServiceNow, basic scripting, and global or cross-functional technical teams.
- Preferred exposure to AWS or Azure, Groovy, PowerShell, Git, GitHub, NodeJS, Angular Builds, NPM, .Net, and .Net Core.
