Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement software solutions using AI methods and tools across the software-development lifecycle.
Build agentic workflows involving tool use/function calling, planner/executor patterns, multi-agent patterns, and guardrails.
Develop RAG and retrieval architectures using embeddings, chunking strategies, and re-ranking.
Systematically evaluate AI-system quality and optimize latency and costs.
Provide technical leadership in project teams when needed and share knowledge through training and knowledge transfer.
Work on consulting and software-development projects directly with enterprise customers.

Completed university degree in computer science or a comparable discipline.
Deep practical software-development experience with technologies such as Python, Java, C#, or TypeScript.
Experience applying AI in software engineering, including tools such as Claude or Copilot.
Knowledge of AI algorithms and machine-learning fundamentals such as classification, clustering, and embeddings.
Practical experience with LLMs, agentic frameworks such as LangChain or Semantic Kernel, prompting, and structured outputs.
Familiarity with agentic protocols including MCP and A2A.
Fluent German at least C1 level and very good English at least B2 level.
Ability to work independently and contribute actively to project-team success.
