Base Salary
$176k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and govern agentic AI-enabled engineering workflows for code review, test generation, release readiness, incident triage, and root-cause analysis.
- Define standards and guardrails for human-in-the-loop validation, auditability, traceability, security, resiliency, reuse, and sensitive-data handling.
- Design and build complex, scalable coding frameworks using appropriate software design patterns.
- Develop secure production code and perform code reviews, debugging, and technical assessment across engineering teams.
- Define enterprise-scale AI-enabled architecture and collaborate with product and engineering leaders on roadmaps and solution architectures.
- Advise cross-functional teams as a subject-matter expert and drive adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices.
Requirements
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
- Hands-on experience with system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
- Expert proficiency in one or more programming languages.
- Experience designing and leading adoption of agentic AI-enabled development practices, including human-in-the-loop validation, auditability, traceability, and secure data handling.
- Strong understanding of responsible AI use, engineering security and resiliency, data sensitivity, and risk-based governance.
- Ability to influence senior technical leaders and solve complex technology problems across technical disciplines.
- Practical cloud-native experience and understanding of how technology decisions affect customer and organizational outcomes.
- Preferred: degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: advanced expertise in software architecture, applications, and technical processes, including cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or mobile.
- Preferred: experience in large-scale regulated enterprises, modern DevSecOps toolchains, continuous delivery, operational resilience, and engineer mentoring or coaching.
