Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional scrum teams to understand requirements and define test strategies and comprehensive test plans.
- Design, document, maintain, and execute manual and automated test cases covering functionality, customizations, performance, security, and integrations.
- Develop and maintain automated tests, preferably using Playwright, and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
- Validate APIs, data flows, and system integrations while troubleshooting interface and data-related issues with developers.
- Apply AI/ML-driven testing practices including intelligent test generation, dynamic test prioritization, anomaly detection, and predictive quality analytics.
- Conduct performance testing, coordinate user acceptance testing, and track defects through resolution using Jira.
- Continuously improve testing processes and stay current with quality engineering practices and industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of software testing experience, including at least 3 years focused on automation.
- Proficiency in application automation, preferably with Playwright.
- Proficiency integrating test automation into CI/CD processes.
- Proficiency leveraging AI agents to improve software testing, quality engineering, and delivery workflows.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with AI/ML in software quality engineering, including AI-driven test generation, model validation, dataset creation and evaluation, quality prediction, and assessment of AI-powered systems is desirable.
