Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end PLM portfolio roadmap as an Enterprise or Functional Architect.
- Define IS convergence strategies for large solutions and build the Architectural Runway.
- Design and communicate a shared technical vision supporting long-term business value.
- Partner with Solution Train Engineers and Product Management to steer operational delivery.
- Coordinate multiple Agile Release Trains to ensure System Integration and technical alignment.
- Lead architecture boards and facilitate SAFe ceremonies, including PI Planning.
- Provide functional expertise, contribute to strategic roadmaps, and secure project milestones.
- Manage supplier team performance and monitor architectural activities.
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in Business IT projects.
- Proven expertise in Software Architecture and Development.
- Background in PLM, Digital, Flight Test, and/or Avionics domains.
- Strong knowledge of Design, Engineering, and Digital Processes.
- Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
- Outstanding communication skills for explaining complex technical architectures to diverse audiences.
- Advanced English and French language skills.
