Responsibilities
- Document, validate, and improve QA workflows while identifying automation opportunities.
- Review product specifications, user stories, and QA briefs for clarity, testability, and alignment with QA standards.
- Execute and maintain manual tests across mobile, web, and backend platforms.
- Review the test book, identify coverage gaps, and create structured test cases.
- Analyze, reproduce, and document issues and write clear bug reports for triage and follow-up.
- Participate in cross-functional quality discussions and contribute ideas to improve QA practices.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of software testing methodologies and principles.
- Understanding of mobile, web, and backend testing workflows.
- Strong communication skills in English and French.
- Attention to detail, curiosity, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and motivation to improve QA processes.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, GitHub, or AI tools in testing is a plus.
