Base Salary
$70k - $105k/yr
Responsibilities
- Understand and apply the BizFlow M platform to customers’ business challenges.
- Gather, document, and model business and functional requirements and translate them into proof of concepts, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Present documentation, PowerPoint presentations, and proof-of-concept demonstrations to customers, partners, and C-suite executives.
- Develop and deliver BizFlow M training content, including lecture plans, exercises, and demonstrations.
- Represent project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery teams to review requirements and technical designs.
- Explain technical complexities and design decisions to project stakeholders.
- Assist with test plans to validate that solutions meet customer requirements.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to customers and identify potential business growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- At least 3 years of business analysis experience.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with customers and coworkers.
- Ability to build relationships, negotiate consensus among stakeholders, organize work, multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a team environment.
- Preferred: proficiency with relational databases and SQL.
- Preferred: experience demonstrating software to non-technical stakeholders and executives.
- Preferred: knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and related concepts.
- Preferred: experience with low-code/no-code application platforms or workflow solutions, including developing and demonstrating medium- to complex-level UIs or workflows.
- Preferred: familiarity with requirements management, defect tracking, Jira, and Visio.
