Base Salary
$405k - $485k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own technical design and end-to-end delivery of enterprise-facing products across the full stack.
- Build administration, governance, API, data-model, and deployment primitives for enterprise Claude usage.
- Partner with product, design, go-to-market, enterprise customers, administrators, and sales to translate workflows into product priorities.
- Set technical direction and standards for architecture, code quality, and team development practices.
- Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar through influence rather than authority.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, ideally including 2+ years at a Staff or equivalent technical leadership level.
- Experience leading the design and delivery of complex customer-facing products across the full stack.
- Experience building enterprise SaaS products and understanding the needs of IT administrators, security reviewers, and procurement teams.
- Comfort working directly with enterprise customers and translating customer input into technical decisions.
- Experience building products from 0 to 1 and setting technical direction in fast-moving environments.
- Ability to drive cross-team alignment and ship impactful work through influence.
- Preferred experience with enterprise identity, permissions, administration surfaces, SSO/SCIM, RBAC, audit, and usage or spend visibility.
- Preferred experience building AI products and translating model capabilities into user-facing applications.
- Startup founder or early-stage employee experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience in a relevant field.
