Base Salary
$175k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Break down mission use cases and user-defined problems, build MVPs, and rapidly evolve them into cohesive applications.
- Develop high-performance, visually appealing frontend features that remain responsive and intuitive under heavy load.
- Lead cross-functional engineering teams in designing, building, deploying, and integrating software systems.
- Collaborate with military and government customers to discover requirements and translate them into software features.
- Deploy, test, and triage software at secure operational integration sites.
- Manage customer relationships while leading engineering teams and maintaining product quality, reliability, and performance.
Requirements
- Active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and at least 7 years of work experience; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Experience deploying software for Department of Defense or intelligence-community missions.
- Strong knowledge of React, TypeScript, and Python.
- Experience with performance-focused techniques for rendering large datasets and creating responsive interfaces.
- Ability to adopt new languages, libraries, and technologies.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, independent and collaborative work ability, and communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Prior U.S. military service with experience in joint planning, large-force battle monitoring, and large-force debrief practices is preferred.
- Located in or willing to relocate to San Diego, Denver, Arlington, or Boston is preferred.

- Positions are available near Boston, Arlington, Dayton, Melbourne, and Carlsbad; relocation to selected locations may be considered.
