Base Salary

$170k - $190k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Build new user-facing experiences for the Customer Support platform.
  • Scale internal infrastructure to handle complex support needs.
  • Design intelligent automation to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Lead projects from inception to production, ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Translate ambiguous business problems into clear technical solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-time software engineering experience, preferably in high-growth startups.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven backend expertise, particularly with Python and Postgres databases.
  • Experience with Next.js or native mobile development.
  • Strong ownership mindset, capable of shipping high-quality products quickly.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
