Responsibilities
- Build new user-facing experiences for the Customer Support platform.
- Scale internal infrastructure to handle complex support needs.
- Design intelligent automation to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Lead projects from inception to production, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into clear technical solutions.

Requirements
- 5+ years of full-time software engineering experience, preferably in high-growth startups.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven backend expertise, particularly with Python and Postgres databases.
- Experience with Next.js or native mobile development.
- Strong ownership mindset, capable of shipping high-quality products quickly.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
