Base Salary
$90k - $120k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, deploy, monitor, test, and iterate AI agents and data analytics solutions.
- Develop automations and low-code applications using the Power Platform.
- Design reusable agent blueprints and build internal agents that improve analytics service delivery.
- Integrate AI and analytics solutions with enterprise data and systems through connectors and APIs.
- Gather requirements, support AI use-case discovery, and advise client stakeholders on AI adoption.
- Deliver client-facing demos, workshops, enablement, change management, and AI recommendations.
- Support data engineering, data modeling, analytics services, innovation projects, practice development, and project management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 2–4 years of experience building solutions, preferably with Power Platform or Copilot Studio.
- Hands-on Copilot Studio experience, including agent design, skills, tools, and orchestration.
- Experience with Power BI, data engineering, and data modeling is strongly desired.
- Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
- Demonstrated passion for applying AI to practical business problems.
- Coding education or experience is helpful, especially with SQL and Python.
- Experience with third-party AI tooling such as OpenAI or Anthropic is a plus.
- Construction, manufacturing, or consulting industry experience is a plus.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, except for qualified candidates bilingual in Japanese and English or Chinese and English.
