Base Salary
$170k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and own customer tools for designing, monitoring, and analyzing autonomous experiments.
- Develop internal systems to deploy, operate, and debug a growing fleet of robots in real laboratory environments.
- Develop and ship end-to-end features across React frontends, Node and Python services, and AWS infrastructure.
- Collaborate with scientists, operations, and robotics engineers to understand workflows and improve their productivity.
- Help shape the engineering culture and technical direction of the product.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-stack engineering experience at product-driven companies.
- Practical experience building AI-driven workflows into products.
- Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript.
- Experience building production React applications.
- Comfort working across frontend UI, backend services, and AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Demonstrated ability to take features from idea through production.
- Bias toward action, ownership, and working effectively in loosely defined, fast-moving environments.
