Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for robotics, embedded software, AI/ML, and edge platforms.
- Automate build, test, integration, packaging, release, deployment, and validation workflows across software components and hardware targets.
- Build and operate cloud, edge, embedded, development, integration, and deployment infrastructure.
- Create infrastructure-as-code solutions and reproducible environments for test benches and deployment targets.
- Develop automation scripts, reusable pipeline templates, standardized DevOps workflows, dashboards, and reports.
- Support containerized workflows, artifact management, dependency control, access control, secrets management, security scanning, compliance reporting, and traceability.
- Implement monitoring, logging, observability, automated testing, static analysis, regression testing, and quality gates.
- Automate packaging and deployment of robotics software, middleware, AI/ML models, drivers, and platform services.
- Support ROS 2, DDS, simulation, hardware-in-the-loop, simulation-in-the-loop, and target deployment workflows.
- Troubleshoot build, test, deployment, infrastructure, and environment issues across distributed engineering teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD, release engineering, software infrastructure, or platform engineering.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Strong experience with Linux, scripting, automation, software build systems, Docker, and artifact management.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code, configuration management, or automated environment provisioning.
- Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Understanding of software engineering principles, version control, branching strategies, testing workflows, and release processes.
- Preferred qualifications include 5+ years of DevOps or platform experience, Kubernetes, Helm, container registries, cloud platforms, robotics, embedded systems, edge computing, automotive software, and scalable deployment infrastructure.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, ROS 2, DDS, robotics middleware, simulation environments, hardware-in-the-loop, automated validation, static analysis, security scanning, and quality gates.
- Preferred qualifications include familiarity with requirements management, traceability, Automotive SPICE, functional safety, cybersecurity processes, and embedded platforms from NVIDIA, Qualcomm, NXP, Renesas, AMD, Intel, or TI.
- Preferred qualifications include MLOps experience with MLflow, DVC, Kubeflow, Airflow, Weights & Biases, KServe, Seldon Core, ONNX, TensorRT, model registries, experiment tracking, model packaging, deployment automation, and AI/ML workload monitoring.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, cross-functional collaboration, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
