Base Salary
$40k - $80k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deploy and scale AI models using Docker and automated pipelines to cloud infrastructure.
- Build production-grade RAG pipelines with LLM orchestration frameworks for retrieval-augmented generation workflows.
- Analyze and optimize inference latency, performance benchmarks, and cost efficiency.
- Develop automated ETL data pipelines to preprocess, clean, and index unstructured data.
- Implement AI observability tooling for system health, GPU/CPU utilization, API latency, and token usage monitoring and tracing.
- Maintain documentation covering data provenance, configuration, model versions, evaluation decisions, and performance parameters.
Requirements
- Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Systems Engineering or a related field.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the applicable security clearance.
- Working knowledge of AI and experience or knowledge creating agentic workflows.
- Some cybersecurity knowledge equivalent to the ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity certification level.
- Familiarity with SysML, UML, or similar modeling languages.
- Ability to elicit, analyze, document, and manage system requirements using structured methods and tools.
- Understanding of system decomposition, interface definition, trade-off analysis, systems engineering lifecycle phases, risk management, and technical project coordination.
- A TS/SCI clearance with Full-Scope Polygraph, GPA of 3.0 or higher, and prior internship, co-op, or other work experience are preferred.
