Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Devise and drive agile testing strategy in a complex integrated and virtualized testing environment.
- Lead development and delivery of medium-scale application features and support larger initiatives.
- Create BDD scripts, unit tests, API and functional automation, E2E test suites, and virtualized testing code.
- Generate test data and execute testing in CI/CD environments while accounting for microservice and environment dependencies.
- Drive comprehensive feasible automation coverage, including edge, borderline, and negative scenarios.
- Participate in Scrum story and epic grooming, planning poker, dependency resolution, and end-to-end story-pointing.
- Serve as a development lead and key decision-maker in application design and architecture discussions.
- Analyze and troubleshoot coding, application performance, design, and defect-resolution challenges.
- Coach technical and non-technical teams on unit testing, continuous integration testing, and E2E quality testing.
- Work with vendors and cross-functional teams on implementation plans, roadmaps, process improvement, risk management, and delivery optimization.
- Communicate progress, manage escalations, track and mitigate risks, and share technical knowledge through team forums.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in a product development or product management environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or comparable work experience.
- Advanced understanding of application programming principles, information modeling, data structures, algorithms, system dependencies, and software lifecycle characteristics.
- Experience delivering with an agile methodology and leading infrastructure programs or large-scale culture change.
- Experience with functional and API test automation, test script creation and modification, and test automation frameworks.
- Experience with BDD, JUnit, JMeter, Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, and Jenkins.
- Experience writing automated TDD/BDD unit tests and E2E test suites.
- Experience with Jira, ALM, Confluence, Zephyr, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Java 8, GemFire, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
- Experience with Cloud Foundry in a PaaS environment, including PCF.
- Experience writing code using Java and Python.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, communication, negotiation, facilitation, prioritization, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work with substantial autonomy, influence design decisions, coach teams, manage vendors, assess risk, and coordinate across teams.
Benefits
- Full-time position based in Irving, Texas.
- Base salary range of $107,120.00–$160,680.00 per year.
