Responsibilities
- Assign and modify applications in the company’s portfolio according to requested requirements.
- Receive and manage application changes requested by users.
- Review specific incident requests with the Project Manager and Business Manager.
- Attend issue-status meetings and meet established timelines.
- Modify code to create solutions when requested.
- Work collaboratively with global teams and stakeholders across multiple projects and geographies.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and manage multiple priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- One or three years of experience in similar positions, or experience as a consultant or freelancer.
- Experience with Java Spring application development.
- Experience with MongoDB for web and desktop applications.
- Experience with C# and SQL Server databases.
- Effective communication, presentation, independent judgment, teamwork, adaptability, and multitasking skills.
