Base Salary
$120k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure Jinba for enterprise customers and support successful adoption.
- Understand customer technology stacks, workflows, and requirements.
- Build integrations with internal databases, legacy applications, and enterprise software.
- Translate customer feedback into product requirements for the engineering team.
- Debug and resolve production issues in customer deployments.
- Develop deployment best practices, documentation, and reusable integration patterns.
- Own technical customer relationships from pilot through expansion.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as solutions engineering, implementation, consulting, or similar.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and comfort reading and modifying frontend and backend code.
- Deep understanding of enterprise technology stacks, including ERP systems, databases, identity providers, and internal APIs.
- Experience integrating legacy systems and navigating complex IT environments.
- Familiarity with enterprise security and compliance requirements, including SOC 2, on-premises deployments, VPNs, and SSO.
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders across IT, business, and executive functions.
- Experience in regulated industries such as finance, insurance, or manufacturing is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI/LLM products and their behavior in production.
- Understanding of APIs, webhooks, data pipelines, and ETL integration patterns.
- Experience at major consulting firms or in implementation, solutions, technical consulting, or AI/automation product deployment is a strong signal.
