Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering, product, UX, and data science teams to design and develop software solutions.
- Develop code for web applications, APIs, services, product integrations, and internal engineering tools.
- Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly for prototyping, documentation, testing, and code improvement with human validation.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on readability, reliability, security, accessibility, and maintainability.
- Assist with troubleshooting, testing, observability improvements, and defect resolution.
- Contribute to AI-enabled capabilities including workflow automation, tool orchestration, evaluation harnesses, telemetry, and reusable platform components.
- Document software designs, technical decisions, experiment results, and development processes.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in computer science, engineering, computer engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated programming fundamentals in Java, Python, C++, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies, Git, testing practices, APIs, cloud concepts, and collaborative development tools.
- Awareness of generative AI, large language models, prompt patterns, model limitations, and responsible AI practices.
- Effective problem-solving, critical-thinking, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with attention to detail and an interest in learning and experimentation.
- Graduation date must be after June 2027.
