Base Salary

$195k - $230k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale the Customer Support platform to handle complex support needs.
  • Create new user-facing experiences and enhance internal infrastructure.
  • Design and implement AI-powered automations for customer issue resolution.
  • Translate ambiguous business problems into clear technical solutions.
  • Drive project delivery and experimentation from inception to production.
  • Foster an inclusive and supportive team culture.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-time software engineering experience in high-growth startups.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven track record of building end-to-end product experiences and scaling backend systems.
  • Experience with Python, Elixir, and/or Postgres is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
  • Proactive team leadership and ownership mindset.
