Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, developing, testing, debugging, deploying, and maintaining enterprise web, mobile, and backend applications.
- Learn and apply the complete Software Development Life Cycle from requirements gathering through production support.
- Develop features, enhance existing applications, and participate in troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate enterprise and third-party services.
- Support database development through SQL queries, data modeling, and application integration.
- Explore AI-assisted software development and intelligent applications using Generative AI, Agentic AI, Large Language Models, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation.
- Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, designers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Basic understanding of object-oriented programming and software engineering principles.
- Familiarity with one or more of C#, Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Basic knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or modern frontend frameworks.
- Familiarity with relational databases and SQL, plus a basic understanding of REST APIs and client-server architecture.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Bonus qualifications include experience with React, Angular, .NET, Node.js, Java Spring Boot, or React Native; exposure to Microsoft Azure; familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, or GitHub; mobile development knowledge; exposure to SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL; and experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, or Agentic AI.
- Coding competitions, hackathons, coursework, personal projects, or open-source contributions are also considered beneficial.
