Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, maintain, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable software solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues while improving application performance and reliability.
- Document development processes and solutions for knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Participate in team discussions, provide solutions to work-related problems, and work independently as a subject matter expert.
- Guide and support junior team members in their professional growth.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with IBM Sterling Commerce.
- Proficiency in IBM Sterling Commerce and familiarity with its related integration techniques and middleware solutions.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues efficiently.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
