Responsibilities

Design and operate infrastructure for connector sync, indexing, and retrieval at scale.
Build control plane primitives for connectors including rollout controls and configuration management.
Own reliability and operational excellence through SLOs, monitoring, and incident response.
Create guardrails for safe multi-tenant execution including isolation boundaries and rate limits.
Partner with security and compliance teams to meet enterprise requirements.
Improve developer velocity via internal tooling and observability dashboards.

5+ years of professional engineering experience in infra, SRE, or platform roles.
Strong fundamentals in distributed systems and production instincts.
Experience building and operating services with uptime and scale requirements.
Proficient in one or more backend languages such as Python or Rust.
Deep familiarity with observability, incident management, and reliability engineering practices.
Comfortable navigating ambiguous problem spaces and implementing pragmatic solutions.
