Base Salary

$125k - $200k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Develop reliable autonomous software systems and testing for resilience, fault tolerance, and correctness.
  • Design software for spacecraft vehicles and supporting ground systems.
  • Build prototypes and analyze system metrics to validate designs and quantify technical constraints.
  • Own software development from design and testing through release and flight operations.
  • Provide technical leadership and drive continuous improvement.
  • Work extended hours and weekends when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or another STEM discipline, or 2+ years of software development experience.
  • Development experience in C/C++, Python, or similar programming languages.
  • Preferred experience with fault-tolerant, distributed, or real-time systems.
  • Preferred cross-context test design experience, including unit, hardware-in-the-loop regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
  • Preferred knowledge of computer architecture, networks, physics, mathematics, electronics, Linux programming, debugging, performance optimization, and performance testing.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, take initiative, adapt to changing requirements, and communicate effectively.
  • Must meet applicable ITAR eligibility or authorization requirements.
