Responsibilities
- Develop software and ASPICE process documentation for low-pressure water pumps and fans.
- Write software requirements and design documents based on customer and system-team input.
- Develop motor-control application software.
- Develop and validate inverter thermal-protection algorithms.
- Perform motor-bench calibration and PMSM parameter calibration.
- Resolve control issues during debugging and production.
- Develop software fault-diagnosis strategies for PMSM motors.
Requirements
- Familiarity with IPMSM motor operating principles.
- Proficiency in core algorithm design and optimization, including FOC, MTPA, MPTV, weak-field control, OVM, harmonic injection, and PWM modulation.
- Familiarity with software fault-diagnosis strategy development for PMSM motors.
- Familiarity with PMSM motor parameter calibration.
