Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for software delivery.
Collaborate with development teams to support smooth and reliable releases.
Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and improve reliability and scalability.
Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
Implement and manage Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration.
Integrate security best practices into DevOps processes.
Perform root cause analysis for production errors and implement preventive measures.
Automate routine operational tasks and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Maintain infrastructure and deployment documentation.
Participate in an on-call rotation providing 24/7 production support.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, and CircleCI.
Proficiency with configuration-management tools such as Ansible, Chef, and Puppet.
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Understanding of AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Ruby.
Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK Stack.
Experience with Git and version-control systems.
Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Certified Kubernetes Administrator are preferred.
Experience with microservices architecture and networking concepts and protocols.
Knowledge of security best practices and tools.
Experience with agile methodologies and project-management tools.
Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and task-management skills.
